Michael has extensive building and management experience having completed numerous projects including an award-winning warehouse conversion, townhouse developments and bespoke house renovations in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and North Sydney. Our Process
Pre Construction
During our initial consultation we will discuss your vision for your home in order to establish a clear understanding of what you are wanting to achieve. Utilising our expert knowledge, we can help guide you through the best solutions for you and your budget. We can work from your existing plans or we can assist with planning and working with design partners to help you achieve your desired outcome. Once we have a set of plans and finishes have been selected, we will provide a detailed quote.
During Construction
During the building process we encourage regular on-site meetings and will communicate consistently via email and phone to ensure you are always kept up to date. Making sure that your experience is enjoyable and stress free throughout construction is extremely important to us. We ensure that the outcomes you desire are achieved by using the most professional and highly skilled tradesman.
Post Construction
It is important to us that we continue to maintain a great relationship following the completion of the project. We will always be accessible for all your needs post construction.
